PYPFEST VOL. 2: THE ORCHESTRA STRIKES BACK

A virtual concert featuring 10 all-new compositions performed by all of PYP’s ensemble.

Commissioned composers include Eduardo Alonso-Crespo, Tatev Amiryan, Jonathan Bingham, Sakari Dixon Vanderveer, Erberk Eryılmaz, Gabriel A. Meneses, Gordon Rencher, Bruce Stark, James Stephenson, and Rain Worthington.

E-tickets are on a “pay-what-you-can” scale. Paid orders include a $4 processing fee. All payments made towards our virtual concert are considered tax-deductible donations.

A free e-ticket is also an option.

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, “e-tickets” to our virtual concerts are offered on a “pay what you can” fee structure. Paid orders include a $4 processing fee. All payments made towards our virtual concert are considered tax-deductible donations.

A free ticket is also an option. Please register for an e-ticket to each performance. You will receive an email with the link to watch on the day of the concert.

Unlike our fall 2020 performances, our upcoming concerts will not be livestreamed publicly. Please encourage your friends and family to fill out a ticket form for each email address where they would like to receive the link to watch.

PYP’S VIRTUAL 97TH SEASON

We continue our exciting PYP New Music Festival with a new virtual presentation featuring brand works composed primarily by women and musicians of color (as part of the Youth Orchestra Commissioning Initiative), performed by all of our ensembles.
