• You must check in any time BEFORE the show, with priority entry available promptly at 5:30PM for the 7PM show and at 8:30PM for the 10PM show (may vary depending on when the early show ends), at the VIP Check-In Table in the Grand Lobby, accessible via the Broadway Ave. entrance.
• Your VIP exclusive merchandise will only be available for pick-up BEFORE the show.
• Please make sure to check your email the day of the show for any updates to your VIP itinerary.
• As a reminder, this VIP package does not include artist participation and does not include eligibility to participate in the VIP Meet & Greet experience.
• Please note: Failure to arrive during the check-in period will result in forfeiture of your VIP Exclusive Merchandise.
