This Presenter Application is the first step in the process of booking dates in one of our facilities. This application must be received in our offices no later than 90 days prior to the proposed event date. Under no circumstances will a new presenter be granted a firm hold without satisfactory completion of the application process, in accordance with deadline requirements.
Please complete all sections of the application, including prior facilities where you have leased and presented events, as well as names of contacts who have the most knowledge of your work, to provide verification of your application.
Also, please be sure to have the appropriate person sign the back of the application. This allows us to secure the necessary credit information from banks and businesses.

Once your application has been processed, you will be notified immediately by our office regarding the approval decision. The next step is the preparation of a Limited License Agreement (contract). Should your application be denied, we will also contact you in a timely manner.
